Mediation Services
Wherever there are difficulties between individuals, the Portsmouth Mediation Service (PMS) may be able to assist.
Portsmouth Mediation Service may be able to assist you in finding ways forward and resolving your difficulties
Portsmouth Mediation Service (PMS) has traditionally operated mainly in the Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham, Gosport, and Chichester areas but is not limited to this and is open to working in other localities - including those further afield - too.
All types of Mediation will be considered with the exception of Family Mediation (in relation to divorce and access to children).
Mediation is a relatively quick and cost-effective option.
Fees for cases will depend on the numbers and locations of individuals / organisations involved and also the types of dispute for which the Mediation is required. Contact the PMS for details about fees and funding arrangements.
Mediation is available for Neighbour, including Low-Scale Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), disputes. See section headed "Neighbours".
It is also offered for Workplace, Tenant / Landlord, between organisations and customers or service users - and more. See Section headed "Workplace and Other Mediation".
